The third and final part of the Serenity Prayer … and the wisdom to know the difference.

When was the last time you actually gave yourself some time to be still and just listen to the whispers of God, your intuition, the Universe?

When was the last time you stopped rushing around and just sat down with a cup of coffee or tea and stared out the window watching the leaves move in the breeze, watch the birds fly by, or just stare at the sky?

When was the last time you stopped thinking and got OUT OF YOUR HEAD and felt what was in your heart?

If the answer is “I can’t remember”, then guess what … it’s time to stop and let wisdom fill you instead of all those busy thoughts.

Get comfortable in your seat, feet flat on the floor, big breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Repeat for 6 breaths. Let the tension run out of your body into the floor with every exhale.

Repeat daily. Making you a priority with simple self-care every day is a very WISE choice. xo
