If there has ever been a time of schedule disruption and chaos, this would be it! Wow! Our whole lives are turned upside down on so many levels.
Consistency is going to help us weather this storm and help us go from surviving to thriving. What does “consistency” look like for you?
Perhaps, creating a schedule for every week day … get up at the same time every morning, GET DRESSED, have your morning coffee (or tea or smoothie), exercise, go for a walk, and/or do some journaling with getting your thoughts, frustrations, and things you are grateful for down on paper before you start your day.
Regularly schedule some movement and time outside during the day and/or moments of stillness with some deep breathing.
Keep your night time routines and bedtime consistent.
Consistency. Consistency. Consistency.
Your future self will thank you!
