MindUNfullness
This week is all about our 3rd category of simple self-care stress busters… mindUNfullness. (Yes, I made that word up! lol)
To me mindUNfullness is all about emptying your mind. You know, like when you make a list and get all those to-do items out of your head and on paper. A brain-dump of sorts.
Sometimes I feel like I have so much swirling around in my head that I just cannot think straight and I need to get some of the stuff out. What better way than journaling, or making a list, right?!
Other ways to clear your mind include meditation (guided or traditional), reading scripture, reading fiction, repeating a positive mantra, listening to a podcast or audio book.

Another example of how simple self-care can easily S-L-I-D-E into your day.
