Feeling lost? Sad? Angry? Frustrated?
Honestly, I am feeling all of those at different times lately - more than usual. Sometimes, it's just an "icky" feeling that I can't even explain.
If you watched yesterday's FB live, I talked about giving yourself permission to feel what you are feeling in the moment and acknowledge the feeling. You are ALLOWED to feel crappy or sad or mad or angry! We are human.
If we stuff those emotions away without allowing them to surface, we will end up making our stress levels go really HIGH and end up very unhealthy and sick.
Give yourself some time to FEEL then PROCESS. If you need to cry, cry. If you need to yell, yell into a pillow. If you need to let off steam, go for a walk. Find something that will help YOU heal and fill up YOUR emotional bank account.
No one is going to do it for us. We have to do it for ourselves.
Be strong. Be healthy.
