Movement
This week is all about our 2nd category… movement.
Exercise aka movement is one of the BEST anxiety-relievers, stress-busters, tension-releasers … ever!
Psychologists are now suggesting that a 10 minute walk may be just as beneficial at reducing anxiety and depression than a 45 minute workout. Read more here.
Only 10 minutes! What are you waiting for? I know you can make a 10 minute walk happen.
Don’t feel like walking? How about dancing to your favorite music for 10 minutes or walking in place or doing some stairs (if you have them in your house)?
Be creative. Think outside the box and just MOVE!
