Only ONE Thing Please!

One of my two basic philosophies: change only ONE thing at a time. 

I know, I know … we women, LOVE to pick 2, 3, or 8 things to change at once only to find out that does not work!

Over the years, I have found that focusing on one thing really has led to the most success for me, not only personally, but also professionally.

I am all about helping others set themselves up for success so please, take my advice… just try one thing at a time.

Here’s the plan:

  1. Take a moment to make a small list of things you would like to change.
  2. After the list is done, read over it and pick the one that resonates the most with you in this moment.
  3. Slide that one thing into your day. That is your focus and daily goal for the next week.
  4. Now, just do it!

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy…
