There is no denying that things are tough right now. It is of the utmost importance that we keep as positive a mind frame as possible … which is made even more challenging because our brains are programmed to see the negative first. Arghhh!
The questions in the image are a good reminder of the things to ask ourselves and to focus on. Overwhelmed by all 6 suggestions? Too much to try to do in one day?
Well, then pick one per day per week!
