The Struggle is Real
This statement is made even more real by the fact that you just got last week’s post. (I reminded myself that this is the first time that has happened since I started this text club in July 2019… it’s the simple things right?!)
As we get further and further into the pandemic’s last effects of restrictions and loss, we are all getting tired and stress levels are soaring.
I encourage you to GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK!
With all the added responsibilities and stressors, we just cannot expect ourselves to keep up with what we have created as our “normal” expectations.
Take a deep breath and repeat after me…“I love and approve of myself and I am doing the best I can.”
Keep sliding that simple self-care in during the day EVERY day and keep moving forward one step at a time. The struggle is real and we need to cut ourselves some slack.
Stay strong. Stay healthy. Stay self-caring.
