Sometimes the most important thing in a whole day is the rest we take between two deep breaths.

It is so easy to forget how simple it is to just take a moment to be, a moment to take a few deep breaths. 

The simplicity and power of simple self-care is in that pause between those deep breaths. 

It’s the moment we let our bodies, minds, and spirits take a brief break from our chaos. 

It’s the moment we let ourselves know we are enough and we deserve the time to take care of us.

Life has gotten so turbulent and we are dealing with emotions and  feelings we have never felt before. 

Remember to take your deep breaths regularly and embrace the pause and the power of the rest between them.

 Stay strong. Stay healthy. Stay self-caring.
