In the Moment

Happy Tuesday! Continuing with the simple self-care theme, let’s talk about the different categories. 

Today is… you guessed it... In the Moment

It’s all about becoming aware of the moment you are in right now to allow your brain to regroup and recharge.

How? Simply engage one of your senses. For example, close your eyes and listen. I mean really listen. What do you hear? Birds chirping? Dogs barking? The air conditioning unit.

Take a few deep breaths, let the tension roll out of your shoulders, and keep listening.

Simple, right?! :)
