“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change...”

The Serenity Prayer is a beautiful prayer with so much wisdom and good advice. It has 3 parts each with a different message, but they all fit together.

This week I want to focus on the idea of serenity - finding a sense of peace, calm, and tranquility in the face of uncertainty and lack of control.

The only thing we can control in an uncontrollable situation is how we react. 

This week let’s take a moment and look how we can react better in situations we have no control over and let us get our stress levels down by finding serenity in things we have no control over. Those situations are out of our hands. 

 Stay strong. Stay healthy. Stay self-caring.
