When you think physical activity, think movement… any kind of movement. It does NOT mean running or other high impact activity. The physical movement can be gentle walking, stationary biking, yoga, simple stretching… just find something that works for YOU! And keep moving daily.
Find an activity that recharges & rejuvenates.
