When was the last time you…
you took off your socks and shoes and walked barefoot outside for no reason other than you wanted to and could?
As the days get warmer, now is the perfect opportunity to intentionally take a moment to walk outside barefoot.
I am curious though… when was the last time you walked barefoot outside?
This week I encourage you to engage your sense of touch through your feet.
Take a moment to walk barefoot in the grass and focus on what your feet are sensing.
Does the grass feel cool? Warm? Soft? Prickly?
Any fun childhood memories bubble to the surface?
A moment to relax, recharge, and reset.
My challenge for you, my friend, is to go outside and be barefoot and carefree for at least 2 minutes… or more!
