Stark Reality... aging is NO fun!

Who said aging would be easy?

How is the aging process going for you? For me, not that great at times. Some days it seems like I can’t get out of bed without something… my back, my hips, my knees… “talking” to me as I walk to the bathroom.

What is up with that?

Here are 3 quick “aging with ease” tips to start using now:

1. Get out of bed the right way by rolling onto your side, pushing yourself up into a sitting position with your arm, and making sure both feet are planted on the floor BEFORE you stand up.

2. As you walk to the bathroom or kitchen first thing in the morning, do 10 slow backwards shoulder rolls to ease some of that shoulder tension before your day starts.

3. Set the alarm to get up for a time that gives you enough time to get ready in a RELAXED and unrushed manner.

It's simple... just pick one and start there.
