When was the last time you…

stopped what you were doing intentionally and just listened. When was the last time you simply listened to the sounds around you. 

Close your eyes and open your ears. Take a deep breath and be in the moment.

Simple self-care is as... well, simple as that! Be good to yourself and take a moment and take a break from your busy, bustling day to allow your brain and body to relax, recharge, and reset. Your future self WILL thank you! :)
