So hard to believe it has been SEVEN years since I started this text club. Where has the time gone?
Please share with me how long you have been with this simple self-care community. I would love to hear if these posts have made ANY difference in your self-care routines and how!! (There will soon be a webpage of links to the past posts - still a work in progress!)
By the way, when you respond to these texts, I am the ONLY one that sees them. (Reminder: this is NOT a group text.)
All my posts are all printed out in a HUGE binder and contain so much self-reflection that I have shared with you. (Yes, there is probably a book or two in there to be published.)
Spending time with yourself is so important especially when doing some self-reflection. For me, journaling is the best way for me to do this. The thoughts pour out - good, bad, and sometimes very ugly - onto a safe place, the paper. If needed the paper can be ripped to shreds or burned or just left as part of the journal.
Your self-care mission this week is to make some intentional time, place, and space to do some self-reflection. Write it down. Say it outloud. Say it in your head. Just sit and be quiet and let the thoughts just roam around to whatever.
Not sure how to start? Here are some prompts...
Now it is your turn. Take yourself on a date! 🙂
Warmly,
Rita 🙂
PS. Please feel free to share with a friend AND when they simply fill out this very short form, will start receiving these self-care motivations to their very own phone.
Take care of your body, it is the only one you will ever own!
