As we slide into the last week of May and mental health awareness month, just a simple message for you.

You are doing the best you can given all your circumstances, the people around you, your moods, the weather, and so on…

Your self-care mission this week is to give yourself a break. Be gentle with yourself.  The struggle is real and we are all doing the best we can. 

Pause and take a few deep breaths.

Keep up your simple self-care!

Reach out. Talk. Do self-care. Nurture Yourself. We are in this together.
