Gentle Reminders

Do you sometimes find yourself starting off the week like it’s a sprint? Does all the rushing around and swirling thoughts create a sense of overwhelm? Do you start questioning yourself as to what task to start with first or do next?

Your to-do list keeps growing and growing without any prioritization of your tasks and scheduling them out in a doable format?

Whew! I’m tired and stressed already!

These gentle reminders are here to help you to slow down, take a deep breath, and to give yourself a break by releasing some of those unrealistic and stressful expectations you may be holding on to.

It is ok to take regular micro-breaks during the day to rest and to help you pace yourself.

Your self-care mission this week is to pick one of the reminders and focus on it for the rest of the week.

You’ve got this, my friend.

Hugs,

Rita 🙂
