When was the last time you colored? I hope it has not been since elementary school! Haha
Coloring, doodling, or drawing with pencils, markers, pens, felt pens, glitter pens, crayons, paint… it does not matter.
Release that inner child this week and color inside or OUTside the lines! It doesn’t matter. Give your brain a break and just color!
It only takes 30 seconds of a calm activity to start bringing your stress level down by activating your resting & digesting (parasympathetic) nervous system and letting your fight or flight (sympathetic) nervous system turn off.
Don’t have a coloring book? There are lots available on Amazon. Draw your own picture and make some squiggly lines. You decide!
