Be a Flower

Do you ever find yourself  struck in the pattern of feeling like you have to keep improving yourself everyday or else you are failing?

I do and it is exhausting.

It seems this season is for me to rest. Funny thing is that my body knows that AND has been sending me lots of signals, however, my brain has been a little slow to catch on. (lol)

Some days, it is ok to be there just for you and look at the clouds and dream and rest and soak up the sun… like the flowers.

This week I encourage you to take some time to be a… flower. Look at the clouds, accept yourself, and embrace the pause.

This is called simple self-care!
