Doing Less Matters

To go along with last week’s  theme of… saying goodbye to the urgency culture, this week we will intentionally focus on doing less of what doesn’t really matter. 

Instead of always trying to do more stuff  because social media, friends, or trends tell you to, start focusing on the things that really matter - focus on the priorities and the things that FILL YOUR cup.

We are influenced from all directions to do more because it will make our lives better, happier, more joyful, less stressed, more successful, and calmer. Will it REALLY?

Aren’t your lives full of enough already?

This week’s self-care mission is to take stock of all the things you do and find ONE thing (the philosophy of one) to kick off your list that doesn’t matter so you can make more time for the things that do.
